dstruck Posted May 1, 2013 Author Share Posted May 1, 2013 40 kids from 4 area schools showed up and worked on positioning drills along with transitions from high crotches to gut wrenches for freestyle state finals. Coach Lowers was intense, and gave a great speech on "attitude and effort" at the end of the practice. 2 RTC's left as we push towards regionals, hope you can make it down! Still a good room going!
