Legacy45
2013 was the first time a father and son have coached their teams to top five finishes in the state. Bryce Hasseman (son) takes 3rd with his Mishawaka squad. Bob Hasseman (father) takes 5th with his Franklin squad. Congratulations Hasseman boys! On a side note... Hasseman is really coming through up at Mishawaka. Grant Martsolf to the finals is very impressive!! From what I hear he is really developing some studs up there. benni hanna 79
It's true. Grant was always good, but not as good as this year's performance. Good coach.
M109R
There were a few NIC kids that really stepped it up in the state tourney . Grant Martsolf ,Zach Davis and Jaylen Allen . I had Marstsolf finishing 5th or 6th and Allen finishing 7th or 8th . I believed Davis would make the Finals , but I thought he would get beaten badly by Micic . Kudos to all three for bringing it . Looking forward to the Harper vs Hasseman barnburners in the future .
awood2
Both coaches are a class act. I was extremely impressed how Mishawaka went about this season so quietly. There was clearly and emphesis on hard work vs. fan fare.
