Tom Miller Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Jerry Smith, assistant wrestling coach at McCutcheon High School, passed away last night. Coach Smith wrestled at Southwestern High School, later consolidated into McCutcheon High School. Before going to McCutcheon he was an assistant coach at Lafayette Jeff High School. He was a great ambasador for the sport of wrestling and a mentor to young student athletes. He was a great friend and will be missed. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
