Region Watcher Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 I can tell you one kid that looked real good is Micheal Garza from Merrillville. He lost to Josh Fuqua in the ticket round at semi-state and had a good Freshman year whle wrestling under 100 all year. He won the 98lb title beating a tough Tommy Cash in the semis and pinned another tough kid in Jake Cottey in the finals. If he can make 103 next year he will be a top contender. Cody LeCount also looked real good at 125 or 130.... He looked bigger than I have seen him in the past. He won easy. How does the National invite work? Only extended to winners of each weight class?
