outsidersview
can you lose by stalling in the last overtime? Im pretty sure you can't since its only 30 seconds and its the tiebreaker but correct me if im wrong.
cbarnett
Yes, you can still get called for stalling in the ultimate tiebreaker. Although the focus shifts from "attempting to pin your opponent" to "attempting to hold your opponent down", a stalling call can still be made
outsidersview
does that go for all states? Do you know how that works in virgina? Thanks for you help
cbarnett
It is indeed an NFHS rule, so if Virginia is one of the many states that uses the NFHS rules as their guide, then yes, it would also be a rule in Virginia. I believe that over 45 states follow the NFHS rules, but I don't know which ones do or do not.
