nosoccermomhere Posted October 26, 2009 Share Posted October 26, 2009 Middle School 6 Week Training Program begins November 2nd This program is designed to prepare those attending for the upcoming middle school wrestling season. We will focus on developing the key techniques that are necessary to have a winning and successful season. Each member will learn perfect technique for the basic wrestling moves as well as develop how to drill more effectively, become a better competitor as well as be a more strategic and intelligent wrestler. This program is also open to elite elementary wrestlers. An elite elementary wrestler is someone who can stay focused, follow along with the technique, has a strong desire to improve and will wrestle hard each practice. The Middle School Training Program will consist of 2 practices a week beginning on November 2nd. Practices will be held on Monday and Wednesday night from 6:00 ? 7:30 pm at Hamilton Southeastern High School. The cost of the program is $80 for all 6 weeks. Membership in the Middle School Training Program also includes special discounts for the Middle School Sunday Clinic as well as discounts on group/team lessons.
