Wawasee Coach Posted April 5, 2009 Author Share Posted April 5, 2009 Brawlers were in a real dogfight with Team Georgia and went right down to the wire to pull it out 33-32. And went on to Wrestle Team Pennsylvania Gold and came up short. Brawlers will be wrestling later this morning. Updates wil be coming later. Wawasee Coach Posted April 6, 2009 Author Share Posted April 6, 2009 Brawlers once again wrestled Team Ohio and came up short in winning the dual. That put them wrestling for 5th and 6th. Team Georgia battled back after their first loss to the Brawlers into a position for the opportunity to avenge their earlier 33-32 nail biter. A few changes of weight classes in the line-ups and some of the earlier matches going the other way kept the tension of the whole meet right down to the last match. With the score ending in a 38-38 tie. Brawlers won the meet in criteria of most victories. That placed the Brawlers in 5th earning All-American.
