  1. It should be interesting. A lot of the schools had no common apponents and no head to heads because schools that originally had some of the teams on their schedule either decided to not show up or dropped them from their schedule last minute. This is my guess because some of the schools south or in the middle I am sure did not see each other. When Acosta, (A very good Wrestler) does not get seeded that is a huge problem to me. Just my opinion
  2. How many guys are we allowed to put in. I was told it was 28 and only 2 per weight class. Is this True?
  3. In a dual meet Brownsburg won. In Tournament Avon won by 14 at Hendricks County. Throw in all the putnam schools for sectionals and it could be anyones race.
  4. why is danville the favorite here? just wondering. Avon beat them, Brownsburg beat them, plainfield beat them in a dual.
  5. Here is my early predictions: 103- Cascade or Arnold 112 - Danville 119 - Fuller 125 - Heald or Judy 130- Cascade 135 - Oaks 140 - Hall 145 - Probably the best weight to watch. Worden, Acosta, and Bealmear, and Haak didnt look too bad (Ill wait on this one) 152 - Brewer or Plainfield whoever they have (parrish, boyer) 160-Kolb 171 - Avon guy 189 - Hill 215 - Toss up All are about the same. I bet each would beat each other on a different day 285 - Ginter Team wise it will be close. Brownsburg or Avon but Danville and Plainfield will be making a strong push. Who knows. I'm excited to see the talent in Hendricks County
  6. Pretty good synopsis. I agree on the heavyweights. I think people could be underestimating Mooresville regional a little bit. 112 Hall is on a roll, he looks tough at the right time. 119. The top 4 from this sectional are going to be hard to beat, last year the top 2 were at 103 and placed, the other two give the top two close matches 152 kolb is pretty mean and dominate, He is not afraid of anyone and I think he is on a mission to prove himself from last year 160. Runyan is a beast 189 stevenson is a beast. 215 Howland might be the most underratted wrestler in the field. He has beaten #9 Dorsey, #10 Parsley, #13 Lane, and #15 Wimpleburg. 285. Barnburner for sure. I am excited about this weightclass and you are right when you say any of these top kids could go and win new castle. Whoever wants it more will be the winner. Richey has looked pretty tough and doesn't wear out. Gill is very technically sound and is great on his feet. Arthur is one move away. Mason also is pretty tough, doesn't have many mistakes and is pretty offensive. Just my thoughts. Take them for what they are. A wrestling fans observance of the schools in the northern part of the semi-state.
  7. I also like Boomsma, I think it is just his name. Probably sounds good when it is announced. I really hope someone misannounces it and says BOOMSAW. Pretty intimidating
