The thread about Mishawaka being ranked 19th in the nation got me wondering what is the highest an Indiana team has ever been ranked? Indiana has had some loaded teams in the past, so I was curious to see how our best teams faired in the polls.

Chertow just doesnt give up...... ;D McMahon is sending you stuff from beyond the grave...... At the very least why not use these letters to wrestlers that are sent to the schools as a way to network and build relationships with schools. What does it hurt to respond to these "feelers"? Maybe your wrestler will be the one fish who gets hooked and caught.

whatever floats your boat...... i did do a little research about th sport declining in our youth and I found a CNN study: Curiously, the one sport that has seen a decline is Little League Baseball, America's pastime. There has been a 1 percent decrease in enrollment every year since its peak in 1996. The organization attributed the decline to the myriad other options available to kids

What about the one's that are not full of errors? You even had a post saying I make up information and post hearsay. Both of these statements are FALSE. Is this not spreading false information about someone and degrading their character? To be clear, I do not condone the sexuality references or personal attacks.

really...so unless it is blatant as calling someone a homosexual, a liar, or a bad coach then it doesnt happen? There are plenty attacks on intelligence and common sense. Many of the responses to post by single class wrestling supporters are mocked and spun to make the person look like an idiot. This is an attack on character because you are treating them like an idiot. You may have a different opinion because it is not happening to you, but your side is not full of angels and people willing to discuss andlisten to different views.

never been a hockey fan per se, but I did watch the entire game and I enjoyed every moment. Awesome!!!

the follow up turned them into sarcastic remarks and/or redundant questions. far from legitimate. baseball is not far more popular than winter sports. young people are not playing or watching the game like they once did. they are going to skateboarding and snowboarding. x games type winter sports are growing with the youth while baseball is dieing with the youth of this country. older people like me (32) still love the game. Yes, the Sox and Yankees are still big time, but the majority of baseball is in decline. I have answered....

i have been accused of hijacking threads..... I decided to post in a new thread because if I defend myself the person says that I am doing it again... I would please like bigdanteague, and everyone else, to please list the threads that I have hijacked and show how they were hijacked. If it is as common as you say bigdanteague then this should not be very hard to do.

hahaha... the majority of this thread is a sidetrack discussion... feel free to quote me where I said baseball was far more popular....... I made a comment about a post, if you did not like it or didnt think it added anything then why not just leave it alone. I wanted no side debate, if I did I would have started a thread. Unlike the threads that get hijacked by class wrestling supporters, I had no intent to do such a thing.

first, I know what I type unlike some people. second, I never contradicted myself. Snowboarding is a huge sport in the United States and its niche is the YOUTH of this country. Just because something has a niche doesnt mean it is not huge. Concerning baseball, you need to go back and read. We were dicussing the programming on ESPN. I said that programming had declined, and that is true. You then started talking about attendance, which I never even mentioned. So you need to reread the posts and get the story, and posts straight before you try to accuse me of not knowing what I am talking about. But hey, I am use to people acting this way when you disagree with them about class wrestling. You read what you want to read and then you spin it how you want to spin it.

well in that case, then wrestling is a niche sport as well so what is the point of all this conversation......
