Yea... I think communication was way off during this match. On track SW coaching staff was never approached. I hear whistles & see arm motion. I do hope a positive comes out of this. 25secs in shouldn't have determined the outcome.

I have re-watched on the witness & track multiple times and I am still not sure what happened. I hear a whistle & refs arm is in motion. How does a caution result in this outcome? Was something illegal?
