  1. I am close with people that coached around him, and we talked before the tournament started
  2. No excuses. Just the truth. He didn't show up his normal self Saturday and it showed. No changing it now so why keep discussing it?
  3. I knew his shoulder injury had been a nagging pain every now and then all season, but he still managed to wrestle very well despite this setback. His ribs seemed to be holding up well and I was told the night before that he was feeling great. It was when he woke up on Saturday that his ribs began aching again and the knee pains first arrived. By then I had obviously already made my picks. So his pain was mostly unknown until competition day. Last I heard he felt great so I assumed he'd be ready to go come Saturday...and I was wrong
  4. Broukal over Wilson and James? ???
  5. Going with a thriller I see 8) I pick Lecount all the way, but I have him besting Forte in regulation late in the 3rd with a 3-1 victory.
  6. I was simply correcting him on the spelling of the name, because he is aware of how it's spelled. Then pointing out that my grammar is better than his by 10 fold. Even thought I'm half his age, and he insists that I am someone I'm not. Quite frankly I don't want any problems on a message board for a high school sport. So my work here is done.
  7. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Neese bested him by a point in a tightly contested match early in the season.
  8. I agree with most. Though I think 106 is a toss-up between Bailey and Konrath. I haven't had the pleasure of watching Bailey yet, but I did see Konrath win this weekend in dominant fashion, and was impressed with his wrestling. Think it can go either way. There I agree up to 132, where I believe Wilson will beat James for a 3rd consecutive time. They've all been close, but I believe Wilson is better late and has a better ability to score when he needs to. He creates offense. My final issue lies in the 182 lb class. After watching Chambers win Semi-State in rather dominate fashion, I firmly believe he's a legitimate title contender. Though it will be tough to beat Rypel, it can be done.
  9. I haven't got the chance to watch him wrestle yet, but from what I know and have heard, I would go as far as to say the same thing
  10. You know just as well as I do that it's spelled ORNDORFF. Notice the TWO F's? How does it make you feel that a 15 year old is putting your grammar to shame?
  11. First, it isn't Orndorff's mom. This "she" is a him, and I have you know I got a 100% on my semester lit project in English 9 this year. So the only thing you hit on the head was yourself dimwit
  12. Actually, I just didn't wanna scroll through 4 months of posts to see what people thought, so I asked. No harm no foul. I will admit that I'm new to the message board, but that's no reason to be hostile. I simply misread what he typed. My apologies. I don't see why you feel the need to be rude to someone who simply didn't understand what he posted
  13. No I believe you are correct. Transferred halfway this season if I'm not mistaken. But like I said, I just made those predictions from what I saw on the mat, and it didn't turn out that way. We've all made bad predictions. And I'm definitely not a heavyweight
  14. And I don't have to inform you where I'm from, whether or not I know a wrestler, or my connections with anyone involving a wrestler.
  15. No. I'm saying had Orndorff been 100% healthy, I believe he could kept the match closer, and possibly won by a point or 2. I am in no way saying Davis won due to injury. I've seen Davis and know that he's a solid wrestler. He earned every bit of those wins yesterday. I just feel that it would have been a far more intense match if he would have been healthy and ready to wrestle.
  16. I would know if I have a son? I can assure you I don't. Just who do you think this is?
  17. Definitely a bracket buster for me. I did not see Anderson coming back from a 16-2 defeat last time these two matched up. But great job to this kid getting it down when it counts and coming through with a HUGE win over a toughly ranked opponent in Todrank.
