Jake was just asked to be on Team FoxFire this weekend (Nov 11, 12 & 13) at National Middle School Duals in Toledo, OH. I'm trying to help them out. This year more children will be diagnosed with autism than with AIDS, diabetes and cancer combined. We are pleased to announce our 1st Annual ?Pinning Down Autism? Wrestling Tournament & Family Fun Fair.This will be an open folkstyle tournament with divisions including K-12th grades and also an open/college division. We have teamed up with Trinity Services Autism & Family Resource Center in New Lenox and Easter Seals - Pediatric Center in Joliet for this great cause. Lee Kemp will be opening up our ceremonies with a motivational speech to fire everyone up before they step on the mat. Northwestern?s very own Brandon Precin will run a free clinic for all registered wrestlers at 6:oo pm following 4-6pm weigh-in?s on Saturday, July 9th. We will also have weigh-ins Sunday from 7-8:30am. We are also having a family fun fair on the opposite field including bounce houses, face painting, Coolbeanz the clown, Reptile Rampage's animals, games and entertainment for the kids and great vendors* for mom & dad. Bring out the whole family to support a great cause! Tricky Tray Basket Raffles/Silent Auctions & more.. Custom Medals 1st-4th Place. Also we will be giving out a team award and individual awards for most money raised. JUST ADDED - A MOM'S WRESTLING CHALLENGE.
