113 at regionals last year. lonneman as a 4 upset tim anderson as a 1. reed beat weireter from richmond setting up a semi final match where reed beat lonneman according to the brackets. then beat davil hill from lawrenceburg in finals

woohoo!!!! I would love to meet austin but as far as the hoodie, i wouldnt want to stretch it out. I dont want to say what I weigh but I will just say if I was wrestling, I would have to cut 10lbs to wrestle 220. lol

sorry, i may have went overboard a little bit... what i meant to say is mccloskeys on a mission...wait, no, promised myself to not use those stupid cliches...let me start over. mccloskey is an ok wrestler, he has weaknesses just like everyone...just nobody knows his yet casue he is a bada$$..dang it, i cant stop...umm, mccloskey should make it out of sectionals. there, how is that bold prediction

duh, mccloskey IS the greatest 160 of all time!!! #6 rypel couldnt score an offensive point on him and #5 hiestand couldnt either and got pinned, i dont think #3 is going to challenge much more either. mccloskey not only will win 160but could win 170, 182, 195, 220 and 285 as well. sliga might be able to score an offensive point so i will say that much lol. where is my red mccloskey hoodie??? gotta go find it.

interesting...im not saying he isnt capable. I know he is...i saw him take it to some very good wrestlers at spartan classic this year. was very impressed. impressed enough to remember to keep my eye on him at this time of year and when I saw the sectional lineup, my first thought was how in the world is he a 5 seed, then saw the guys in his sectional and understood. someone isnt going home happy thats for sure. -

who you think of the top 4 seeds doesnt? just curious -
I can say that with the updated semi state rankings, the current #12 at 113 got beat by mcclurg last year at sectionals in first round and that was the 2nd time he beat him last year so it wasn't a fluke. He also got beat this year by #20 but it was very close, then last week they met again at conference and mcclurg was beating him 12-0 and only due to the "rust" got relaxed for a second and got pinned. Too bad he didn't get a full season this year but like I said, his record is deceiving.

And thats fact! Well said and good products of the fayette county program. Coachi is always looking out for his guys, not just his team but all his summer/offseason kids. Mine is one too so I know.

Yea and for good reason. He is good I know but honestly I think he gets a bad draw. The mcclurg kid in the first round is dangerous. Don't let that record fool you. He was ineligible most the year. I have seen him wrestle and he has looked really good for being out this year. If he can knock the rust off real quick, he will upset someone...thats why I think its a bad/dangerous draw for boggs

what match last week are you talking about. just curious cause i didnt see them. i agree about it being a meatgrinder for 182. any of those 4 could place any position in the top 4 and I wouldnt be shocked. My only reasoning is I have only seen howard wrestle a few matches and he has lost most of them. I saw the match with hittle and saw centervilles robinson pin him as well as seeing that match against vessels all that same day in rushville. then I saw a couple matches at spartan that he didnt do too well in. in saying that, all those guys are monsters and i realize you cant win them all. its not like i have seen him wrestle bad, just against real tough competition. that can only make him better this time of year though and could pay off. its also hard for me to bet against any connersville wrestler with the program they have there. those kids are getting better everytime I see them. i will be looking for updates on this bracket for sure cause I wont be there for it. I will be at shenandoah. after going back just now and looking at his match against vessels at spartan, i am changing him to 2nd. that will be an even closer match this time but didnt realize they wrestled that time, only the time in rushville. just saw he beat vessels 10-0 at spartan. nice win

the add-on for the regionrat spell check / translator (Binford 2000 Rat speak and spell n' translate) was a costly add-on. I did, however, purchase that as I never know when I will need to use it.

i tried that once. my dismount was perfect and for a second I was suspended in the air. then as both legs started thru the singlet, the follow through just wasnt quite there, snagged big toe on singlet, both feet pushed singlet from my hands and to the floor only to slip and bust my chin open. they stitched me up on the side, put tape over it and as I was getting ready to jump on the scales, i went to take a sip of water to spit out the last bit of blood that had accumulated in my mouth and i got DQ'd for illegal hydration. and im not talking about dilly bars!
