3-back Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 If it is called correctley it means both opponents were stalling and per the rule after the initial warning points are awarded. For me the problem arises when one wrestler is stalling and the official does not want to ding one at the state finals. Which of the options are your refering to?
