Camp Will Include

 

11am-12pm 2 on 1 series (Instruction and drills)

12pm-12:15pm Live 2 on 1 Situations

 

12:15-12:30 Break

 

12:30-1:30 Mills Series (Instruction and Drills)

1:30-1:45 Live Mills Situational Wrestling

 

1:45-2pm Live Optional Wrestling and Games
