Tonight the Culver Academies RTC will be hosting Coaches Andy Trevino and Vince Sessa from the Region Wrestling Academy. They will be focusing on freestyle. This should greatly benefit your wrestlers heading into freestyle state. I ask that you encourage your kids to attend this very informative training session. Monday night was our first RTC of the year. The room was full of wrestlers consisting of State Champions, State Placers, State Qualifiers and Merrillville Semi-State Qualifiers. Did a lot of one on one coaching and live wrestling. Great work mid to northern Indiana wrestlers. Can't wait till next week for another great room! - Coach Behling

Don't forget. First night or Culver Academies RTC is tomorrow evening (Monday) starting at 6pm. There is going to be a lot of live wrestling! Get ready to bang.

Indianapolis Arlington is actually in the tournament again. It is not Broad Ripple. Arlington told us last year they would not be returning so we had considered taking in Westfield, which would have been a very nice addition. Good night for a spring break week! We had two state champions Abraham Hall and Jarred Brooks in the room along with a number of state finalist! We had three high school head coaches and Mr. Brooks working with guys. Culver Academies will be on spring break next week and the facility will be closed. We are heading to Virginia Beach Nationals. The RTC will resume the following Monday on April 2nd. - Coach Behling
