AWood1 is here with me and he says Barry wrestled at the 'other' Elkhart HS, Central. He went Purdue and got hurt at Midlands as a red-shirt against a future olympic wrestler. All three Woods are together for the UFC! Scary...

The Woods are big fans of Jake O'Brien. I would like to see him stay healthy and make another run at a title. Anybody ever get to watch Yancy Gradeless fight? He went to Mish or Penn. He used to referee too. He was just getting comfortable giving the BS back to the coaches and decided to crawl inside the cage

Evans, Mir, Rampage... I have a dollar bet on the couch for each one! That is as far as my confidence will let me commit.

I would pay to see any of these fights as a main event. This could be one of the best PPV's in a while, or one of the biggest disappointments. I think Rashad is going to have a battle for the ages!

To bad Northridge isn't back. There are not in conference, and they have a few kids who have historically been very competitive. They do wrestle Mishawaka at a Super Dual in Plymouth. I still think they would raise the level of competition more than some teams. Some of the southern teams looking for good competition from the north might appreciate that chance to meet teams like Northridge.

I am sitting here with my younger brother thinking of more classic Al Smith matches from the day when we wrestled against Coach Smith. Harper vs. Carr, Belmont vs. anyone else... we are still thinking. ???

Doesn't anyone remember the 90's? How about the Pat Ryan (Elkhart Memorial) vs. F. Chavez (Penn) matches? What about the Steve Henry (LaPorte)battles? Newt Orange (SB Washington) with unlimited injury time to tie his shoe... The whole Maldanado (ECC) generation taking on the record books? I remember trying to watch these matches while other matches were breaking out in the stands around me! Ahhh, the 90's! Back when all three Woods could sit together and watch the Al Smith before it was the Al Smith, and before there was an IN wrestling website on the internet :-\
