  1. No. Paul Beck has been suspended from competition due to a discipline infraction at Mishawaka. He will be unable to wrestle in the entire state tournament.
  2. Don't feel too bad. Mishawaka won the state title last year and on the same night South Bend Washington Girls Basketball won the semi-state. SB Wash got the majority of the front page. BTW, the Times does suck at promoting the sport. Rarely does it ever have wrestling on the front sports page, at least that was the case when I lived in the Region.
  3. I would have to agree with whomever said that this anonymous source remains anonymous. I also agree with what was said earlier with invalidating his junior year instead of keeping him off the mat his senior year. The judgment should be retroactive to last year. Since the standard time for a transfer to regain eligibility is one year, his time is already up. He gets to wrestle this year. As for people saying rules need to be followed, I totally agree. However, since the matter happened last year (school year) and it was with a matter that pertains to the previous season, why does he lose his eligibility for this year? If he is living at his grandparent's house in Mishawaka, then how does this effect this current season?
