Penn will never leave the Al Smith matter of fact Al Smith won't allow Mishawaka to remove Penn from the tournament. Penn was there from the start and will likely be there till the end or until Penn can host a tournament that is the eqivalent of the Al Smith Invite with is not probable any time soon. Look for great improvments from the Kingsmen in the years to come with a young coaching staff and new wrestling core that hasnt been picked over by recruiting.
