Jimtown will once again be hosting an RTC on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 starting next Tuesday, March 3rd. We had an outstanding room last year with studs coming from all over Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. We also had an awesome collection of coaches who wrestled one on one with the wrestlers and who also showed some awesome technique! We are looking forward to another great year with wrestlers of all skill levels coming from all over the area. See everyone next Tuesday and be sure to bring the hammer!!! Coach Kerrn

Open room tomorrow night at 5:30. We are still averaging between 15-20 wrestlers and still have coaches working one on one with the wrestlers. Come join the fun!!

We had another great turnout last night--25 battlers going at it. We had a couple of college kids home getting after it with the high school kids and lots of coaches still teaching one on one!! We will be back at next Tuesday at 5:30. Come join the fun!!

We had another great group of guys from all over Northern Indiana and Lower Michigan working out last night. We had 35-40 wrestlers and 6-8 coaches getting after it in the heat and humidity! We will continue to have open room on Tuesdays at 5:30!

Another great room last night with Hall Of Fame Coach Henry Wilk teaching some awesome technique. We had 25 dedicated wrestlers in the room last night who understand that this is the time of year that will give you the edge over everyone else next year. We still have a great group of coaches in the room working one on one with the kids. Great battles and scrambles going on throughout the room. We will be back at it next Tuesday. Come join the fun.

Another great room last night with wrestlers from Warsaw, Plymouth, Caston, Northridge, Jimtown, Mishawaka, Lawton (Mi.), White Pigeon (Mi.), South Bend Riley, South Bend Adams and Elkhart Memorial going at it. Tons of great battles and scrambles going on everywhere. Coaches working one on one with wrestlers. Awesome atmosphere. Come join the fun next Tuesday at 5:30!!!

We will be getting after it again tomorrow night at 5:30. The room has been loaded with studs working toward their goals for next year. If you have a goal of being a state qualifier, placer, or champion you need to put time in during the off season. Tomorrow night is a great opportunity to improve your skills and get some great live wrestling in. There have been some outstanding coaches from the area in every week working with wrestlers one on one. Come join the fun!!

Nick Crume did an outstanding job showing technique last night! The room is still packed with studs getting better for next year. We also had a good group of coaches wrestling one on one with the wrestlers. We will be back at it next Tuesday at 5:30!!

We will be back at it tomorrow night at 5:30. State Champ Nick Crume will take the wrestlers through a light warm up and drill and then do some instruction! We wrestle lots of live after the technique session. The room has been packed the last couple of weeks with wrestlers from all over Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan. There has also been a ton of coaches rolling with the wrestlers giving a lot of one on one instruction!! Come join the fun!

With the forecast calling for showers and thunderstorms tomorrow all day and evening, it would be a great opportunity for spring athlete wrestlers to get a workout in tomorrow. The room has been packed with wrestlers from many North Central Indiana schools as well as lower Michigan. We have had all sizes and skill levels and a ton of coaches working one on one with the wrestlers!! Come join the fun.

We had another great group of wrestlers and coaches in the room last night. Great battles and scrambles going on all over the place. Wrestlers from Mishawaka, Elkhart Memorial, Warsaw, Plymouth, Northridge, Northwood, Elkhart Memorial, Lawton Michigan, Jimtown, Caston, Elkhart Central, and Triton were getting after it! We will be back at it next week at 5:30 on Tuesday. Come join the fun!

There have been numerous state placers/qualifiers along with others trying to take the next step. There has also been several coaches from numerous schools working/rolling with the wrestlers helping to improve their technique. Another packed house last night with Triton and Culver Military studs joining the action. Great battles and scrambles going on everywhere in the room. Wrestlers were also getting some great one on one instruction from the numerous coaches at practice. We will be back at it next Tuesday at 5:30-come join the fun!!

We had an awesome room last night that was packed wall to wall. We added studs from Rochester, Marian, Plymouth, and Warsaw to the great group we had last week! We had 60+ wrestlers, 13 different schools represented, and 16 coaches all getting after it! There were great battles and scrambles going on everywhere in the room. Even though we are on spring break next week the room will still be open so plan on coming in next Tuesday at 5:30 and join the fun!!

Back at it tomorrow night at 5:30. We will have a light warm up/drill, some technique, and then lots of live. We have added new schools and wrestlers every week and anticipate even more tomorrow night. Practice starts promptly at 5:30--come join the fun!!

Former state champ Steve Stahl gave an excellent talk last nigh about the importance of proper nutrition and hydration and led the wrestlers through an awesome warm up and drill. The room was rocking with Jr. High and High School wrestlers from Penn, Mishawaka, Elkhart Memorial, Elkhart Central, Northwood, Jimtown, South Bend and even a couple of studs down from Michigan! We also had 8 coaches in the room wrestling and coaching the wrestlers. We will be getting after again next week on Tuesday at 5:30--come join the fun!!

Jimtown's RTC will return to its normal day and time (Tuesdays at 5:30) and welcome former state champion Steve Stahl. Steve is the owner of Rockstar Gym and will talk about nutrition and show some technique. We will then wrestle live for the rest of practice. Numbers are increasing every week with wrestlers looking to improve for next year. There are also 7-10 coaches in the room willing to work with kids trying to take it to the next level!!!

We will be getting after it tonight at 6:00. The day and time are for this week only! We will resume our regular schedule (Tuesdays at 5:30) next week! The room has had wrestlers of all sizes and skill level. We will have a light drill and warm up, some instruction and then lots of live!!
