grecoref's post in Weigh-in regulations was marked as the answer
Coach,
The referees have been instructed not to answer questions regarding qualifying weights/weigh-ins. We are to refer those questions to Mr. Faulkens at the IHSAA.
I have been asked three questions such as this already this week and I have advised the coaches to contact Mr. Faulkens.
I'm sorry I could not have been more helpful.

grecoref's post in Intentional stepping on the foot-legal? was marked as the answer
It is illegal in freestyle and obviously Greco Roman wrestling, but not folkstyle.
Unless the athlete is attempting to injure his opponent, there is no penalty.

grecoref's post in Stalling question was marked as the answer
There is no average and no certain amount of times. Double stalling is justified when neither wrestler is attempting to score. This would include hand fighting, pummeling, gaining head position, etc...without ATTEMPTING to score.

grecoref's post in Shoulder harness was marked as the answer
Only the referee(s) at your event can make the final ruling on special equipment. Even then they would need to see the brace on your athlete as he intends to wear it.
