  1. I'm sorry, but the meet has been cancelled. Our AD was at the school for about 7 hours today trying to get the electricity back on. The area was hit so hard with power outages that the company could not give a time to when it would be on. Most of Monticello is still without power and could be for tomorrow as well. Again, sorry for the disappointment. It was a huge disappointment for me as well. I hope all of the schools understand. Scott Hardy Twin Lakes Head Wrestling Coach
  2. WildCat is correct...Saturday you have to win at least 2 matches to place. Agreed hogleg a lot of great wrestling. Lot of ranked kids and hopefully upsets as well.
  3. I agree with pushing stahling calls in the neutral position. I think this needs to be done in every match. However, I still do not like the idea of the top guy only getting 15 seconds to turn a guy. Agree to disagree!
  4. Hypothetically he is winning by 2...it can go either way. U put the rule in of where they come up in 20 seconds 80% of the time he will stahl.
  5. If you only give the top guy 15-20 seconds to turn the guy the bottom guy will just stahl for that amount of time. Sounding a lot like freestyle...not folkstyle.

    Rivalries

I can think of two... I know in the 90's and early 00's Logansport/Winamac got intense a lot... also I dont know for sure their names, but I believe a kid from Winamac (Guy Rugg?) and Lewis Cass (Marshall Watson?) got into it a few times at 215 i believe. I remember at the TL Invite in the championship match it got a lil' crazy!
  7. Homburg, Starts at 9:30...should hopefully start on time. They're young, but they'll be ready!
  8. These are the top 8 seeds in each weight class.
