I bought a number of tickets. They are all under my name and two different transactions. We are all driving separate and will arrive at different times. Can groups of people use my name to get their tickets and leave the rest for the others?

Let's say the host school has a lineup of six kids that day and a school or two with a full lineup gets the bye instead of the host school. Thoughts on that?
