  1. Whatever you say master. You know all. You do all right. You are perfect. Judge away.
  2. Nope. Just the only one here that isn't so quick to judge but quick to listen. So, yeah, the only unbiased one here. I just hate to see a bunch of grown men that are supposed to be role models rip apart a 16 year kid. Whatever makes you feel better about the outcome and yourselves... So, let's boo him. Seems right? A 16 year old kid makes a choice you don't agree with, so, instead of ever considering finding out the facts, caring about what he was thinking, you rip him while hiding behind a computer screen. Bravo men. Classy.
  3. There is a reason there are 3 periods. How many times have you seen a person down 2-0 (let's assume the illegal move never happens and Luginbill doesn't get an escape) come back and win? Now, I am not saying that would happen, but I am not saying it wouldn't. Isaiah Bradley took down his guy in the finals today within 20 seconds. Sounds like it would be a blow out match. Ended up being 4-6 and his opponent had a chance to win it. No match is over.
  4. Again, why reward somebody who used an illegal move?
  5. Cradle ruled a bow and arrow and then the score was 2-1... wanted to set the time frame correctly.
  6. You are right. I am all for winning the right way, but if the trainer ruled him out, he can't get back up and wrestle. He is done for that match.
  7. Oh, my bad. My memory must be fooling me. What was the score when the match was over? I believe (and I am right) that the score was 2-1. THAT IS A BLOWOUT! THAT MATCH WAS OVER!......................... Everybody but me knows that a 2-1 match in the first period is over. Wow...... I am one stupid old man.... (if you couldn't catch that, sarcasm was used in that post, dude) :
  8. Would it matter? From what I hear, once the trainer shows up, it is his or her call.
  9. You are telling me that you would let a kid who used an illegal move (the ref ruled it illegal, a point was awarded) on you, that the kid should be rewarded? You are saying you should be rewarded for hurting somebody outside of the rules. Especially with the match being close, I don't think I could say I would say that I would throw away my dream for him.
  10. If the choice was up to the trainer, I feel like everybody can agree that Luginbill wasn't to blame. If you're going to blame anybody, I would say blame the trainer if you think she doesn't know how to do her job. Maybe blame the ref if you think he made a bad call. Don't blame the kid. He did nothing wrong and everybody is jumping on his case.
  11. So, then from what your saying, your saying Luginbill coaxed a license trainer that she should tell the refs he wasn't allowed to wrestle? I missed that. I mean, who knows how bad he was hurt, who says he wasn't telling the trainer he wanted to wrestle. It wasn't his call as soon as the trainer showed up, and after the trainer makes that call, how can you argue it?
  12. I mean, if he is that much better, why run an illegal move. Malcolm probably was the better wrestler. No problem with that being said, but the refs did their jobs and the trainer did hers. Saying he got screwed, well, I guess he screwed himself. He is the one who ran the move.
  13. Defending a kid that got booed all day... Ur right, I am biased. I am biased against jerks. No affiliation with either team, just pissed to see the way a kid got a bad rap for doing nothing wrong. Similar thing happened to me when I was wrestling. I just want justice.
  14. Luginbill also went on to place third. Also, I'd like to point out that the score was 2-1 (including the point for the illegal move). It wasn't like it was a match that was getting out of hand. It was still anybody's match.
  15. To quote the Adams Central coach who knows the facts: "I will explain what happened. Kaine injured his back in an illegal bow and arrow. Injury time started. The trainer came to the mat. She was evaluating him. The two minutes expired. The trainer would not let him continue. The match was 2-1 in favor of Malcolm in the first period. This is not a situation anyone wants to happen. The choice was made to accept the dq. He was cleared to wrestle the next round by the medical staff, so he did. As I said, a tough situation on both sides. One kid's season is over. How is it fair to end our season on an illegal move. Would have like to finish it on the mat. Please do not bad talk a kid. Tony Currie Adams Central." So, what would you do to go to state? Run an illegal bow and arrow? Can one of you actually tell me that whenever a the trainer ruled you out of the match because the other wrestler deliberately ran an illegal move on you that you would let that wrestler go on? I mean, yeah, the situation sucked for both guys. I for one know I wouldn't reward somebody who hurt me with an illegal bow and arrow.
