Great description of the impact John had on the program, Coach Faurote. I will never forget when Ben and I lost our first wrestle-off for varsity our freshman year. This was when we were still partners. We didn't want to do crap the rest of practice. So what did John do? He came up and tought us the goofiest wrestling move you have ever seen in your life. It probably wasn't even legal, but it took our minds off of the defeat we just suffered and that was exactly what we needed at that time. He had the knack.
