Regardless of the IHSAA's overbearing decision, Coach Harper and Penn have some great things going for them. He is building a powerhouse program and will get to coach a state champion in the near future. Also, he has assembled an amazing group of assistants ? Rhoads, Hershberger, McCann, Manspeaker, Dolly, etc. ? that are also passionate about those kids and are fiercely loyal to him. The 6 kids at state are in good hand this weekend.
