I was suprised to see Oser lose to north. He wrestled good a sectionals and kinda choked at regionals. Haire looked good against Brandenstein, hope to see him wrestle that well this weekend. Didn't really get to see Warren wrestle at regionals, but he has a good semi-state draw. Stein vs. Underwood in semi-finals I look forward to. I don't think Stien will have any problems but it's nice to see him have to wrestle. Haire could pull an "upset" this weekend if he wrestles like he did at regionals.

Simms made a great choice not to wrestle the last two matches. Rickenbaugh is a tough kid and Welch, is a Welch. If anyone has read any post on this website regarding Simms it says he's been hurt. I think looking at the lack of matche he's had this year should tell anyone that. There isn't to many kids that can beet Simms at 160 on their best day. If it was your kid and you knew he was hurt wuld yu take that chance and wrestle him? Your crazy if you would, Simms should get to state even with being a 4. Good move by MD not to wrestle him.

Blue bolt, Haire didn't bump to 171 to avoid Welch. 171 was definatly a harder sectional than 160 at castle. Since Haire got 4th now he has Brandenstein I believe; I think that's a better draw then getting Simms at 160. I don't know who thinks he bumped to avoid Welch but Stein definatly would scare me more.

Chad, I'm suprised no one else has said it. He's very technical, it'd be a good match but chad would have it.

Haire would have been a 4 seed at 160, draw welch 2nd round. So if haire did get 4th at sectionals he'd draw sims at regionals. So say haire gets 4th at 171, he'll probably draw Brandenstein. I'm thinking most people would rather draw Brandenstein over Sims any day. Castle sectional at 171 could maybe sweep Castle regional.

conspiracy? someone is reading way to far into things i think. It's Warren's own fault he's 4th, he lost to Oser. Idk if he had a bad day or what, that's just how it is though. Oser vs. Haire should be a good match. Castle should still pull out a sectional win either way.
