This camp is intended to challenge the mental and physical toughness of our athletes heading into there regular seasons. Coach Tsirtsis and Coach Sessa will be joing me in the fun! Things you will need, running shoes, wrestling shoes, and a couple pairs of dry shorts and T-shirts. If you have any interest in attending it will be held at Calumet High School and is open to non RWA wrestlers. Time- 8am to 5pm Beverages will be provided as well as fruit and power bars, ect. Please bring your own lunch though.
