I almost forgot to post. Something really cool happened when the tournament directors couldn't get the National Anthem started before the final round. They had already asked everyone to stand and remove their hats but they were obviously experiencing some sort of technical difficulties. A group of students started singing the National Anthem and progressively more and more people joined in and by the end everyone in the gym was joined in singing. Those people who have nothing but negativity towards the "kids of today" should come to a wrestling meet and see how these young people conduct themselves. We have our faults as a wrestling community, just as all organizations do, but we are raising great young men and women to be stand up, responsible, productive adults. Well done to the young people that started it and everyone else who joined in. Ok, I'm done rambling, have a great day wrestling peeps!
