I found this on the Purdue Message boards: One of the site editors posted it.OK, here's what I was told by football sports information director Matt Rector, who asked Darrell Hazell: "Gelen will be taking part in all offseason football related activities in addition to joining the wrestling team."
Football winter weight-lifting starts Jan. 15.
So I would assume that football responsibilities are No. 1 and if they don't overlap with wrestling, he can do wrestling stuff.

Not sure if that will work but it is a link to the scoring format.

Just a shame to let one like that slip away. I imagine it all comes down to wrestle offs but I would have to think Kral could have given them more than White did at heavy.
285 – Andrew Geers dec. Tyler Kral, 5-3
Kral lost to the true freshmen in the wrestle offs.

285 PU 6 Sir Alex catches him to start of the match
125 PU 3 Cam rides the momentum for an upset
133 OSU 3 Cashe falls just short

157 PU 3 Griffin comes close to major
165 PU 3 Fat Pat gets the Win
174 OSU 3 Close match but Kissel loses in the last second
184 OSU 3 Close but not enough
197 PU 3 Atwood in a SV thriller to Win the Match!
Purdue 18 - 17
This is more of a hopeful outcome then a prediciton. Boiler Up!

149 IU 3
157 IU 6
165 IU 4

Toss ups are 149 and 174. Bonus points will be the key to victory, as it could be 5-5 match wins.
Should be a close and exciting match. Prediction assumes that Raley and Jackson are not wrestling.

Does anyone know where he went? Why he left?
-
Where is Kendrick Sanders?

Boilers looked good. Can't wait til Archuletta comes back to see the full potential.

Hey Charlie,
Why did you leave Cathedral? We need you back.
-
Cathedral looked great last night came up a little short, Buchannan was recovering from the flu.
I don't think the match would have been close if Brandon Wright, Blake Roytek, and Charlie McGinley were still on the team.
I think if Perry and Cathedral wrestled four times this year it would come down to one match every time.
The greatest wrestler/football in Indiana history?

If memory serves me Jon Goldsberry lost to Matt Hasbrook in the state finals. Hasbrook went on to play football/wrestle at Michigan St and eventually transferred to Notre Dame, where he played football.
