We are looking for one team for an 8 team tournament on 1/21/12. Teams in the tournament at this time are Frankfort, Griffith, Portage, Mishawaka, Kankakee Valley, and SB Joe. This is the last Sat. before sectionals and is an 8 team double elimination tournament. If interested contact Bob Glover, AD at glover@hobart.k12.in.us

We have used this technique at our school tournaments and folkstyle tournaments for the past 3 years and it has worked well so I am passing it on. We first did it when we had a basketball game after our tournament and needed to get the gym clean in a hurry. We place large plactic trash bags throughout the stands and have a sign at our door asking people to help by putting their trash in the bags. We also make an announcement requesting that they do this. All we ask is that they put their trash in the bags and either leave them in the stands or bring them down to the gym floor where our custodians will collect them. It has been very successful and greatly appreciated by our custodial staff. Just a suggestion.
