  2. IMO wrestle offs only determine which wrestler will get that spot for the state series.  As far as I see it, the coach can wrestle whoever he wants in whatever weight class he sees fit to earn a victory for the team. 

  3. I think memorial will be a distant fourth with all the other teams even farther behind them.  After seeing the result of the Memorial-Mt. VErnon dual, i don't think it will be close between them and north at all.

  4. There is a difference between the type of lifting a football player and a wrestler should do.  Football is more about short burst of a lot of weight.  Wrestling should be more focused on lighter weights for a longer time.  It is good to build muscle strength as well as endurance for a wrestler.

  5. Spiralride1......  keep talkin son.  I still got money on north coming back strong and wining the siac.  I think they  could probably even make it to team state once they get everybody healthy and down to weight.
