  1. Good room tonight BBurg Danville Monrovia Center Grove Tri west all represented tonight.

     

    I totally agree... middle school little guys all the way to high school big boys.  Great room with lots of new partners... You can tell those who want to get better!

  2. The Wrestling Warriors defeated Plainfield 71-39. Winning by a pin were Ty Mills, Solomon Dial, Brandon Stultz, Jace Heitkamp, Trizton Carson, and Tyler Pierson.  Winning by a major decision was Asa Garcia and Caden Hubner. Winning by decision was Bryce King. Winning by a forfeit were Cameron Shearin, Joey Lombardo, Luke Pence, and Nick Buchanan. 

     

    The Warrior reserve team defeated Plainfield 79-15. Winning by a pin were Austin Lauderbaugh, Chase Lynch, Derek Tate, Mark Dunkle, Jaron Reynolds, Michael Parsons, Tanner Knotts, Sawyer Cook, Tarron Lawson, Aaron Lewis, Tyler Townsend, and J.J. Hays.  Winning by a decision was Noah Pugh.

     

    The Warriors complete their dual season with a 13-2 record.  They will compete in the Hendricks County Tournament and the Sagamore Conference Tournament next week.

  3. The Wrestling Warrior defeated Northridge 60-58 in a pinfest that came down to the final match.  Winning by a pin were Asa Garcia, Trizton Carson, Ty Mills, Solomon Dial, Jace Heitkamp, Caden Hubner, Bryce King, Thomas Long, Clay Trout, and Luke Pence. 

     

    The Wrestling Warrior Reserves defeated Northridge 42-6. Winning by a pin were Derek Tate, Jaron Reynolds, Michael Parsons, Tanner Knotts, and Hunter Harris.  Winning by a decision were Zach Whitcomb, Austin Lauderbaugh, Chase Lynch, and Noah Pugh.

Winning by a pin were Asa Garcia, Trizton Carson, Bryce King, Dylan Plant, Jesse Vondersaar, and Joey Lombardo.  Winning by a decision were Cameron Shearin, Lawrence Utley, Solomon Dial, Caden Hubner, and Thomas Long.  Winning by a forfeit were Ty Mills, Jace Heitkamp, and Luke Pence.

  5. The Wrestling Warriors defeated Cascade 102-12. Winning by a pin were Lawrence Utley, Ty Mills, Solomon Dial, Mason Noe, Brandon Stultz, Jace Heitkamp, Dylan Plant, Jesse Vondersaar, and Luke Pence.  Winning by a decision were Cameron Shearin and Asa Garcia.  Winning by a forfeit were Trizton Carson, Caden Hubner, Bryce King, Dylan Herald, Thomas Long, and Nik Johnson.

     

  6. The Wrestling Warriors defeated South Putnam 82-18.  Winning by a pin were Ty Mills, Brandon Stultz, Jace Heitkamp, and Dylan Plant. Winning by a decision were Lawrence Utley, Solomon Dial, Mason Noe, Caden Hubner, Bryce King, Thomas Long, and Nik Johnson.  Winning by a forfeit were Cameron Shearin, Asa Garcia, Trizton Carson, Dylan Herald, Jesse Vondersaar, and Joey Lombardo.

  7. The Wrestling Warriors defeated Frankfort 70-33. Winning by a pin were Asa Garcia, Ty Mills, Solomon Dial, Jace Heitkamp, Bryce King, Nik Johnson and Nick Buchanan. Winning by a decision were Cameron Shearin, Mason Noe and Thomas Long.  Winning by a forfeit were Brandon Stultz, Trizton Carson, Dylan Plant, and Jesse Vondersaar.

     

    The Warrior reserve wrestling team lost to Frankfort.  Winning by a pin were Derek Tate and Tyler Pierson.  Winning by a decision was Zach Whitcomb.

    The Warriors are now 7-2 on the season.

  12. Well brackets are out. I find it hard to believe this tournament wasn't seeded... how hard is it to ask for criteria at registration?  ::) Whatever......

     

    I agree... it looks like it may have used the TrackWrestling Profile Percentage to handle the seeds, which isn't always an accurate depending on the quality of tournaments a wrestler attends.  Seeing Alec White vs. Breydon Bailey as a first round match just stinks... that is certainly worthy of the finals.

  13. Looks like upperweights beat me to the punch... and we having a scoring controversy.  :) 

     

    Here is how our AD scored it 70-41, but you never know with kids operating the scoreboard.  I think Danville team score adds up based upon the results below...

    The Wrestling Warrior reserve team defeated Tuttle 39-12. Winning by a pin were Lawrence Utley, Robert Koske, Chase Lynch, Jaron Reynolds, Aaron Lewis, and Noah Pugh.  Winning by a decision was Zach Whitcomb.

  14. The Wrestling Warriors defeated Avon South 57-50.  Winning by a pin were Ty Mills, Jace Heitkamp, and Joey Lombardo. Winning by a technical fall was Solomon Dial. Winning by a decision were Brandon Stutlz, Bryce King, and Jesse Vondersaar.  Winning by forfeit were Asa Garcia, PJ Dabio and Caden Hubner.

  15. The Wrestling Warriors lost to Lebanon 42-79 in a good old fashioned butt whoopin'.  Winning by a pin were Ty Mills, Jace Heitkamp, Caden Hubner, Bryce King, and Jesse Vondersaar.  Winning by a decision were Asa Garcia and Thomas Long. 

     

    The JV defeated Lebanon 30-6.  Winning by a pin were P.J. Dabio, Lawrence Utley, and Robert Koske.  Winning by a decision was Mark Dunkle and Tanner Knotts.

  16. The Wrestling Warriors defeated Tri-West 59-42.  Winning by a pin were Ty Mills, Carson Waddell, Caden Hubner and Bryce King.  Winning by a decision were Thomas Long and Nik Johnson. Winning by a major decision was Asa Garcia.  Winning by a forfeit were Mason Noe, Jace Heitkamp, Cameron Shearin, and Brandon Stultz. 

     

    The J.V. wrestlers lost to Tri-West 12-18. Winning by a pin was P.J. Dabio and Tyler Pierson.

     

  17. The Danville Middle School Wrestling Warriors won the Sagamore Conference title to complete a perfect season.  They had a dual record of 16-0 and won both the Hendricks County Tournament and Sagamore Conference Tournament.  Ty Mills, Brock Hudkins and Keaton Shearin finish the season with a perfect record for the Warriors.
