    Curious to see if Weiss and Stein wrestled each other again and if so what was the outcome. Anyone have individual match scores?

    Who were some of the undefeated wrestlers and weight classes. From JPT189's post looks like Washington did fairly well! How did the North Knox kids look?

    Looks like Mount Vernon and Princeton will duke it out with what they have returning and some talented freshmen coming in for both teams. Individually, it is a little early not knowing where everyone is going on weight. Some of the top names such as Griesemer, Stein, Smith for Princeton and Konrath, Muerer for Mt. Vernon really does not matter which weight they go, they will probably win titles. Jasper will bring up a distant third with few if any individual titles.

North) 112 - Dewees(Franklin) over Smith(Jeffersonville) 119 - Fuller(Brownsburg) over Jensen(Terre Haute South)- Jensen came in 30-0 140 - Hoehn(Mt. Vernon) over Murphy(Floyd Central) 145 - Boyle(Ev. Reitz) over Moberly(Floyd Central) 171 - Kreilein(Jasper) over Watson(Columbus North)- Kreilein was an alternate from Regionals and placed 3rd at Sectionals!! 215 - Wimpelberg(Ev. Reitz) over Jenkins(Jasper) 215 - Lane(Franklin) over VanDeventer(Bloom. North) Only two of these wrestlers went on to win their next match and qualify for State(Neal Lane of Franklin @215 and Justin Fuller of Brownsburg @119).

    Uhhh- it has already been brought up by a coach last week after the Southridge-Jasper meet. One of Jasper's wrestlers weight was questioned after the meet to see if his weigh-in weight at the time of the meet would allow him to wrestle at Sectionals. The kid did weigh within the amount allowed and I don't think it is an issue anymore. But, it was brought up to an official by a coach and the weigh in sheet for the meet was checked.

    Littlejohn152 - I think he(Chambers) also has to stay within weight(at conference) that will allow him to get back down to 114. Remember you can only lose 1.5% of your body weight in one week. Or so the IHSAA says.

    Talked with a Jasper parent the other night at the Southridge-Jasper meet. He said Chambers has been wrestling "light" at 119 and 125, wherever the coaches would put him. Think he is going 119 for the Big 8. Can he go 112 for sectional if he wrestles 119 at conference. Guess it depends on weigh-in weight.

    RE: 103's- I know of only 2. Eckert from Jasper and Concannon from Mitchell. Washington, Vincennes, Southridge, North Knox, Pike Central and Forest Park does not have any 103's. Not sure of Paoli and Crawford Co. I think Eckert wins at 103.
