    Nick Crume will be our guest clinician this week at the Avon RTC. Crume is a 4x NCAA Division II All-American, IHSAA State Champion, and current Assistant Coach at the University of Indianapolis. We've had great numbers the last few weeks and hope to see them climb as we get closer to ISWA Freestyle & Greco State.
     
    Avon RTC runs from 6:00-7:30 PM on Wednesdays. Please enter Door 20 on the southside of the school. USAW card required.

    Does anyone have good recommendations on team warmups? We are looking to purchase a set we can use more than one year at a time.
