Hey Guys! Humphrey Wrestling is Having Beginner and Advanced session Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at our 21,000 sq ft facility out in FISHERS, IN DIRECTLY next to Sky Zone! We Organize and write out each week’s training plan and programs that will build strength and conditioning and ensure athletes peak at the biggest tournaments of the year to guarantee the most success! All are welcome Come Join us!

One more day until the overnight camp at SPARTA! Visit http://spartaindy.com/registration/ to register early! Food and drinks are included in the camp cost, as well as a trip next door to the Skyzone Indoor Trampoline Park! All you need to bring is a sleeping bag/blanket and a pillow. Anyone is welcome to attend this camp, wrestler and non-wrestler.

Humphrey Wrestling is hosting the Overnight Camp on March 29th & 30th. The camp is not wrestling specific, and is more geared towards total fitness as each athlete will participate in multiple sports, games and friendly competition, as well as going to Skyzone, the indoor trampoline park Friday night.
