blaine hall of avon placed but i was impressed with him greatly goin up from 112 i believe to 140

also suter of martinsville loosing only 3-0 as a soph to the eventual state champ

the national high school rankings? ive looked and cant find them anywhere

Srevenson had a serious knee injury... hopfully we get to see the IC3(stevenson, reese, raley) all in the finals next year

its going to be weird not seeing him next year

Tyler for the Last time was NOT faking that injury!!! When i wrestled i've expierenced a dislocted shoulder he had pain in his eyes and it wouldnt have been such a big deal if it was another match but because it was in the semi-finals and Cam was a senior everybody jumps the kid and thier coaches... Tom Clark one of the best Refferess in the state if not one of the best then the best in the state was there and posted Tyler and his coaches wanted to continue the match the medical personnel wouldnt let him... its not his fault Vlahos ran an illegal move, its not his fault he got injured, and its not his fault he was not allowed to continue!!

Like i said i dont think itd be such a big deal had in not be a semi final match

In my opinion a 4x state place winner

a 3x state champ (beating Galkaa for his 1st)

has had 4 amazing high school seasons

the least he can do to celebrate is lift 3 fingers for 10 seconds

its not that big of a deal

Tyler if your reading this next year you'll be back bigger and stronger! and hopefully get another shot under the lights and HOPEFULLY you and nobody else has to go through this BS... take care of that arm and good luck man

Unbelievable.  If anybody was gonna be booed yesterday, it should have been Vlahos.  The sportsmanship he showed has been about par for the course of the action I have seen from him these past few years.  There is a little history there and it does not seem like I am the only one that has observed this.   I am tired of hearing people say, "Oh we are booing the situation, not the wrestler".  I can accept that for certain calls during a match,heck I will be the first to admit I have done it,  but this kid was booed the rest of the night.  No situation booing here, the kid, Willis, was the one IMO being booed here and I agree with most on here that are digusted with the actions of the fans.  It was an unfortunate way for the match to end, and I know I definitely did not want to see it go down that way.  It did give me very good insight into the character of each of  these young men as to how the reacted and handled the whole situation from the moment Willis hit the mat until the moment they were accepting there awards.

I notice i havent herd much from the people booin tyler? i was absoultly appalled by every sing person booing... theres a reason the move Vlahos used is illegal, but i know he didnt not to intend to hurt tyler. and i know tyler didnt want to win like that as an athlete you want to prove your the best, not a technicallity.. but one more thing i dont know what was said on the podium but i noticed Vlahos was walking quickly towards tyler and said something and again i dont know what was said but if it was negative why dont people who were booing say thats not right either...

i think trey reese at 160 has a decent chance of making some noise!!!

Anyone know of any 1sts evers at stare? the only 1 i remember is andrew howe teching every kid at state a couple years back

every kid is amazing in this class and they all have a shot... but i believe your gonna see a repeat of last year thar kid is an animal and i dont believe anyone will beat him... not putting anyone down i jus like codys chances

ma'am what you need to do is expect to be mesmerized... when i 1st went and i saw all those kids put it out on the line it sent goosebumps down my spine the best kids in the state just going at it to prove that they were the best... then 1st finals i watched with the face-offs and all kinda changed me just knowing that i saw something special right in front of me ... also watch out for the stampede to the seats lol

when i was i high school and i wrestled i never took defeat well... but as far as throwing a fit and taking a swing on the kid i never dreamed of it... even my last match i shook the kids hand walked off to me from what i have herd keif is sorof o sore loser and he needs to calm down hes an outstanding wrestler and id like to see him advance next year
