kevinl: Unfortunately you do not have your facts straight about the situation occuring after the match. The only cussing involved that I made was in repeating to others what your assistant coach was making toward our athlete as we were exiting the floor after the match. There were absolutely no threats made toward your coach or anyone else. I'm sure it appeared to be worse from afar but the situation was not even close to being anything else than words. I understand your frustrations toward the ref and the way the match ended, but the FWBL coaches stated their case at the scorer's table and whatever issue was at hand involving the stalling calls was resolved then. I also understand you are frustrated with me and want to state things that you assume I said were said, but that is completely false.
I would also like to make a comment to those who addressed the CG coaches and relating the post-match discussion to the Al Smith seeding meeting. I did not attend the seeding meeting so please do not relate those items to me personnaly.
You're son is a good wrestler as evident in his ability to make it to the state tournament as a freshman. He certainly has the ability to contend for a state title over the next 3 years and I wish him the best in his pursuit of his goals.

2PM Eastern is start time I know weigh ins are at 11:30 or 12pm
I know of these schools coming
Manchester
Trine
Wabash
CCSJ
U of Indy
Lincoln should be there
Muskegeon
Oakland Univ (club team)
Rumor of USI's Club team coming
I don't know about IPFW's club team
It should be a great mix and there will be some great match-ups
I like the 149 prospective match ups Manchester's outstanding Freshman Brady and Wabash's returning NCAA Qualifier Strausbaugh
There are other schools, but I am just not sure who. I know Coach Burlingame has been diligently working toward making this tournament as successful as possible. There are a lot of schools invited to come, and Coach Burlingame was especially trying to contact more club teams to join.
Add Walpole and possibly Sandefur from U of I and that's a pretty tough weight class

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but New Castle has 7 kids ranked in the top 16 and their team is not ranked in any team rankings???

Good luck Justin!

Could there be the best of both worlds by offering for free a generic list of top 5, 8, 0r 10 for anyone to see then for the premium service a $5 fee to gain access to the whole listing of top 16 or 20 with the head to head or any additional reasons as to why people are ranked at certain spots? Heck, could also charge $10 and throw in an Indianamat.com t-shirt.

The word from Indy is that Josh Hardman has already resigned. Probably have a release out in the next couple of days I would guess. I wonder if this will effect the recruiting with all the coaches changes this past year.

Congrats to Josh Hardman, but I think he might be in for a rude awakening when he said he wants to turn the Greyhounds into one of the top schools in the nation. He sure is being a bit unrealistic. Hopefully he can adapt to the team well and try to help them improve their academics. I know the teams' grade point average is a large concern of Dr.Sue Willy.
The academics on the team are actually pretty good with the Greyhounds having 4 NWCA Scholar All-Americans this season (Panko, Irwin, Fornal, Harris) and a 7th place National Academic standing for their starting lineup. These 4 individuals, plus the 10 or so Coach Yates had over the last 5 years is pretty good. There are just a few gpa's on the team that are probably bringing down the whole group. A lot of the guys do well in the classroom. Dr. Sue Willey just overlooks these things and instead focuses on the negative, only on the lower end guys.
Congrats to Josh Hardman!
