  1. so what is a respectable time left on the clock to charge someone who is celebrating during the match.  would 10 seconds have been too long?  What about a minute?  3 seconds is a long time and he was running for like 8 so no blame goes out here.  Honestly it looked foolish.

no way the man was 3 seconds from a ncaa championship so he ran away then started celebrating after time has expired and he ran upto him and shoved him...he just beat one of the best wrestlers ever in the ncaa i woulda done tha same no doubt about it everyone has there celebrations

  2. i really dont think that metcalf meant to make him fly down on the mat like that. we was tryin to get some sort of score then the timer went off when he was in the air and metcalf put his arms up to avoid getting kicked in the face. both wrestlers should have finished the match properly. starting back flips when there is 3 seconds left is still kind of unsportmanlike to me

watch the video it was a shove for sure ;D ;D ;D

  3. it was just bad luck for alex he lost a close one early in the day and drew into the number 2 seed just luck of the draw look at prader from illinois he had a terrible draw into the number 1 seed beats him and then loses and doesnt even all american

  4.

mr right were you there there were several warnings for stalling at least 2 fleeing the mat calls and several cautions for false starts  though you are right there where no locked hands call though elite wrestlers rarely lock hands  In the dillion match he really didnt do anything either on the top or bottom

\thats insane i didn't see any calls.....  but there was 1 false start when the kid had the legs in on Johnny Dillion and the ref never blew the whistle.  It's hard to get an escape when someone is just riding parrallel to you or just has the legs in not working for a fall or back points.  I ask you the same question were you there?  Oh yeah and that fleeing the mat  in Estradas matchwas the most obvious fleeing I might have ever saw.

we just saw that at state with eppert riding wright never once working just stalling with the legs in so cant really complain bout the legs

  5. i would definetly say dillion has his good and bad days i remember in his soph. or jun. year all the studs he wrestled always went back and forth on who wins i woulda thought if he had his a game this past weekend he coulda won it all but there not woulda coulda shoulda im sure hes not done wrestling and will make an impact somewhere hell of a kid

  6. I know northwestern will make shrewsbury into a takedown monster!!

for eppert and cashe  there gonna have a lotta fun with futrell and possibilly angel :o

dont quote me on this but i have no idea who purdues 125 pounder is  right now but i see a possible redshirt season for both to adapate to the different type of atmosphere college has to offer....after this past weekend eppert has the riding time technique down!!! :P

Eppert and Quiroga would be very competitive with Purdue's 125 lber. right now in my opinion.

    I would second that opinion.

i really never heard of purdues starter so i can agree with you guys but it seems like the competion in the big10 is getting more tough and tough every year.. Has either of them ever face any of the illi bound 25 pounders in nationals or any big tournys `???

  7. Welch over Dillon!!! I thought that was a pretty big upset at the time, but I would have to go with Eppert over Wright.

    Eppert wrestled the perfect match.

i thought that was the biggest upset i think the problem with dillion this year was who did he face all season before tourny time no competition and when he finally did he fell through and didnt know how to react when he was down..

  8. i would  say porras beats jason by a 2 or 3 maybe.frankie's shots are too good and he is always pressing the action.i dont think jason would hold down frankie with his turk ride.i look at it as more of a stalling technique..even though he does score points haha.im not saying jason cant hang but that frankie is just 1 level up from him

quote and i quote tsirtis will be the record books along with his brother as the first 2 4x states champs and i quote

  9. I know northwestern will make shrewsbury into a takedown monster!!

for eppert and cashe  there gonna have a lotta fun with futrell and possibilly angel :o

  10. Well actually yes it does...not sure what line of work you are in, but unless you work for "The Donald" I am sure you shook hands at the interview.  If it was offered and you did not, would you have still have got the job?  In wrestling it boils down to the fact that 99% of the teams do it so if you don't it makes you look cocky, rather thats the intention or not.

it a wrestling match not a job interview you cant judge someone by not shaking thier hand if your aderniline is pumping and u lose a match you shake your opponents hand after you lose and walk off the mat in frustation..the other coach didnt do a damn thing for you to shake thier hands all there doing is screaming and complaining at the ref if there is a bad call there is absouletly no reason someone "HAS" to shake  a hand.
