And looking back at the fights, it was in fact a great card! Yeah it sucked there wasnt the huge fights, but come ON! it was extremely entertaining, and free! only one fight went the distance, some fighters made some names of themselves, and it was a great night

holy crap! good luck buddy!

If you look at the facts at what happens when an individual gets KO'ed, it was NOT an early stoppage. Kos was risking potentially the rest of his career... Kos WAS out on the way down, and despite the fact that he could have continued, had he taken one more punch potentially he could be wearing a diaper the rest of his life. He was out once, the second time coming really easily in the immediate time afterward. Look at boxing with the standing 8 second count. Yes the fighter can continue, but look at the long term effects on the human brain. As a victim of several IED's and various other concussions, thanks but NO THANKS to multiple concussions

Ive done BJJ and Judo, and honestly the transition is easier from Wrestling to Judo back and forth than BJJ to wrestling back and forth. Different mentalities, especially with the maintaining a solid base when going from BJJ to wrestling. Its easy to get turned, and you attack different things. Then in BJJ after wrestling, its easy to give up the back! Way too easy... pisses me off.

Meh, Im a fan of Kos for his desire to fight and fight a lot... Ive watched him 'grow' in MMA since TUF 1, and he's leaps and bounds better. I want to see a rematch, and I think Kos takes it w/ a TKO in R1

Big J is in fact back Ref'ing, in fact he did at the last Affliction card. He was hosting a show for a while, but after a falling out with others in that show he's back. I hear he may be getting licensed in Vegas here this year

Too bad Steve Mazzagati wasnt reffing the Koscheck fight, I felt that Kos would have recovered and won... but seriously, the dude was out on the way down and everyone knew it.

The one advantage I see to these free cards is that they give a chance to a lot of up and comers to showcase what they can do. The fights hardly ever go to Dec (look at last Fight Night!) and we typically get one or two known fighters... At least, we get Sanchez, Stevenson, Maia, Marquart, Kos... should be fun!
