  1. Yeah, I believe it's a liability issue. If your an official club through ISWA the kids are covered as far as insurance goes. If not then only the kids in that school are covered under the schools insurance and could have a lawsuit if an outside kid got hurt. I could be wrong though, you might want to talk with your  AD.

  2. You can't bet on individual results like at the duneland conference for who beats who in a dual. A head to head dual meet is much different as CP has proven twice now. If someone wasnt there last night, im sure they would be wondering how the heck mville won the Duneland when they seen the results today.

  3. I would throw someone else in there with the confidence that ill be getting enough wins throughout the rest of the lineup. But then again as you said the next round he'll have nickson or berry so why not wrestle Robinson. All I can say for sure is, weds is going to be a great night of wrestling.

  6. i would have to say that the mcgill/cosgrove slam was worse that that. But either way, we should all be thankful that Stein is alright.. Anthony would have won even if stein didn't get hurt. Even being up 5-2 and stein still wrestling, Quiroz would have continued to dominate.

  7. Yeah you are wrong.... Anthony was dominating 5-2 when he took stein down and stein got hurt, that made it 7-2. I  heard that Stein hurt his back/neck/ i dont know what it was, earlier in the season. It was definately good to see Stein moving his legs on the mat.

  8. This kid wrestled fantastic this weekend!  Runner up at 152 as a freshman is unheard of. I hope some of you were watching this kid after i was talking about him surprising people this weekend. I think he avenged all his losses that were at 152 this year except for McMurray.

  9. I know this isnt a surprise but im sure his opponents might or the people who havent seen him wrestle. Anthony Quiroz has 11 losses but 5 go to Mcmurray from portage. This kid is going to surprise a lot of downstate people this weekend.

  10. Definately Quiroz from Chesterton... A freshman 152 is something you dont see often. You can't say anything about his 11 losses either, this kid from what I understand was like Chestertons utilitie man, where they needed him, thats where he wrestled. Does anyone know how many Losses at 152 he really has? We all knew Tsirtsis, and brooks would be tough. Look at the background they come from. Berry from merrilville, everyone knows Coach Maldonado has his lineup ready to go.

  11. I know i'll be pulling for harper. He will pick it up next weekend. It seems to me that the kid is the most hated 3xer and he has never done anything unsportsmanlike yet from what I have seen. Even when Jose Escobedo was giving crowds the finger, people were still cheering for him. He was nowhere close to accomplishing what haper has done this far.
