Nope I am NOT getting back into this argument.. We had our annual "Class Wrestling" conversation at Fargo this past summer... My stance has not changed  ;D

1st period Gray takedown at end of period.. 2-0

2nd period Gray escape.. 3-0

3rd period Berryman reversal (stays on top no turn) 3-2 Final Gray

Eppert vs. Wright was 11-7 (Good match with alot of Scrambles)

Eppert vs. Cosby was 11-4

5-4.. Mcginley with a reversal with 3 seconds remaining in the match..

Is it possible to get the IHSAA to allow flowrestling to tape and post our state championships online?? Flowrestling attempted to cover the State tournament last year, but was only allowed to post interviews.. Flowrestling is the best way to show the talent that we have here in Indiana to the rest of the country.. It may be too late, but is there anyway that we can convince the IHSAA to allow flowrestling to cover our State Finals???

Yeah Whitaker did a real intense warm up.. Then wrestled his first match with a taped wrist/hand.. He must have injured the wrist/hand at a previous match or practice.. When it was time to wrestle Sam, Whitaker was all the sudden in street clothes on the sideline..  Was a big disappointment because Sam wrestled 152 at conference just to wrestle Whitaker and to make our dual line up stronger.. But i guess Whitaker was protecting his hand/wrist from any further injury..

The answer to what weight everyone will be at will be answered tomorrow at the seeding meeting.. Should be a fun day of wrestling Saturday..

No seedings for the tournament.. Its a dual style tournament. Each team wrestles a dual match, and the wrestler with the best record in the weight class wins.. There is a possibility that 2 wrestlers can end up with the same record. If that happens, first criteria is head to head.. After that, I have no clue how the winner is determined..

135 Berryman 1st (weighed in a couple tenths over 127 to wrestle up to 135 for the team)

152 Bennett 1st (Whitaker wrestled his first match then decided to injury default to Bennett)

Weigh ins are at 730 so im assuming wrestling will start at 9.. Im not 100% positive on the starting time and i do not have the sheet of teams competing in front of me right now, nor have I seen the brackets.. It should be a good day of wrestling..
