Dear Directors and Coaches, Regarding our NUWAY / NWCA National Duals, breaking down some numbers and looking at our time schedule it looks like we'll be in position to accept 24 Youth Teams Per Age Based Division on Feb 16/17 at OSU. A big buzz about the College Coaches getting to meet, greet and interact with the youth teams. Many of your States will have a College team participating.
We want to start looking at some tournament & lodging logistics, we'll be setting up 3-4 Weigh-Ins Sites for Teams at the Host Hotels, we need you to start thinking about how many teams per division, many of you might be looking at 3 Teams Per Division and then Lodging them by State together in the same Hotels, if you have an idea or know as early as possible we are in the process of securing Host Hotel Contracts, it's been mentioned that some of your College Head Coaches would like to meet & greet teams on Saturday Night or Sunday Morning, it would be nice to keep all or most of your teams together at the Hotels and Weigh-Ins site.
An early look at a few of the Downtown Columbus Hotels we are working with listed here, if your finding other deals in the OSU surrounding area please let us know so we can ntwork or advertise the location and consider it for a possible weigh-in location. Blocks at these locations will be finalized within the next week. We will be adding more locations soon.

The first event, named Agon 1 - The Revolution, will take place at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sunday, October 27, 2013. We could use the data base to register but then we would have to use automat on paper.
We thought we would use track because they are using track for nuway nationals and the qualifiers would already be in track and we plan to use the wifi computer pairings. We think it will make the tournament run smooth and registration for nuway will be better.

RULES: Modified National Federation High School Rules (minimum rest between matches and maximum number of matches not in effect).
Hair code & fingernails will be enforced by referees. Hair cover (if required) must be with wrestler at weigh-in.

Wrestler may enter only one weight class and only one age group.

FORMAT: Double Elimination ? No Seeding ? Challenge for second format.
Referee decisions final. All protests to be directed to tournament directors. All age protests must be made before final match of first day of wrestling for that particular age group. Birth certificates must be available if requested by tournament directors.
CHILD ABUSE, ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, DISORDERLY CONDUCT, ETC. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL BE DEALT WITH SEVERELY.
