Some of this would stop if Indiana would institute riding time.
I have no problem with 3 or even 4 times, but when someone does it 10 or more times then I think they have crossed the line. You may differ, and that is ok, but I do think that it can go too far.
AJ I would LOVE LOVE LOVE riding time to be instituted in the state of Indiana, Seriously I have been a HUGE advocate for that for quite some time now....However! We DO NOT have riding time so if I have a kid who isn't a "pinner" (which alot of my guys fall into that category!) and he is good on his feet then why not go for some extra points from the neutral position...

how about a few years ago when the fire alarm went off during the HWT. finals match, or when Jason Woodson won and everyone from Snyder pulled out shirts that said I am #1, 2 is not a winner, and 3 nobody remembers
If I remember correctly that shirt had a picture of himself getting his hand rasied on it also.

haha thanks man....I dunno I guess it's pretty easy to lose em when you're from Mishawaka
-
Hmmm....well maybe if you agree you should throw me a "wahoo" as I'm pretty sure I will always be stuck in a cool point limbo between5 and -5 ;D
-
Well him too but he's pretty young....I'm talkin about the 215
-
I'm saying in the event that the kid is "unpinnable" some would call it a "fish"? Or something like that? I don't know I'v never used the term...but yeah there are definately situations where getting a pin is out of the question which leaves the wrestler no choice but to work for a major or tech with his takedowns.

I was trying to stir it up ;D

We're talking about poorly ran tournaments and no one has said anything about Merrillville SS?!?!?!
-
Kyle Ullery and Dick Morin will be at the top of the podium for sectionals at 160...and I'd like to see Kyles little brother sneak into that runner up spot also.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cutting an opponet to A.) Score points for your team....B.) Work on your conditioning or C.) Try to hit a move in a match situation that you have been working on in practice.... Only when you can tell that the dominate wrestlers demeanor is to embarrass the lesser wrestler is it wrong

Yes and they threw everything but the kitchen sink at CG by down shifting their line up. Including their 285 lb stud Lane who is a legitimate state contender at 215. CG is in for a real test at Al Smith. I would rank CG between 10th and 15th if they are healthy.
Franklins entire team dropped a weight class for this meet?

Oh and can we petition for a ban of the fake rat?

Hey Y2 what's the cell phone next to this topic mean?

I knew I remembered him!....He was the most humble guy

in 2003-2004,
Billy Naegle of Laporte pinning #1 ranked and huge favorite Nathan Dosher of EMD.
Wow i remember that...That kid could could headlock anybody!
Another one was Thurman Stone over Vinscent Minor 4-2 in the 1999 Finals...He came back and beat him for the title after almost getting teched by him the week before at the merrillville semi-state
Was Vincent Minor from SB Washington?
-
yeah you would pay that....probably because you aren't the rat.

Texas orange with black text? Not catering to Wiesjahn are ya?
-
Every time I come to this post I try to remember to hook you up with a Wahoo...haha congrats again

Bubba Jenkins is an awesome wrestler, and he got his start right here in Indiana!
Elaborate?
-
Tony Forte used to have a pretty nasty Super Duck for the Cavemen
-
I've gotta say Dolly Mauer....greatest match EVER. Actually I agree 100% with AJ on this and throw in Harper and Carr. Glad to say M-Town participants were in both matches.
-
Congrats, Joe.

GREAT RANKINGS! Thanks for putting the time in on them....But on that note, Darius Cooley at Heavyweight lost his varsity spot to Travis Thomas who is also undefeated at heavy. I don't know what you'd do with that info or how it would affect the rankings but it's just something to throw in there.
