Wouldn't be betting against the feshman Stevenson after what he did last night putting it on Bova

Whats everyone's thoughts on that match last night. What is the lowest points perry has scored on anyone this year. Still don't think they are touchable.. But as far as match score by match score that had to be one of if not the closest all year??

Whose rule book are you reading?  Where does it say a ref has to be in front of the wrestlers to award anything?  If that were true, only about half of the points that were earned would ever be awarded.  And who reminded the ref of that after the match?  Apparently, Southern Mole was at the table and heard what happened.  Can you say the same thing?

just going on what a very high ranking ref told some people thats all I am saying and what is reaction time if there is 4.5 seconds left and you get a takedown when the clock starts  is there really enough reaction time because the rule book does state reaction time

Yes I am serious.  What I said is an opinion, and you can't tell me I can't have an opinion on a message board, which is the whole point of this type of forum, to express your opinions.  I said a few things:  1. "I don't know if it was a bad call..."  I couldn't see if it was a legitimate call from where I was.  I tried to go back and watch the replay on broadcastsport.net, and it's not available.  I didn't even dispute if it was a bad call or not, and for the sake of argument, I'll agree with you and say it was.

2.  I said I don't feel sorry for a wrestler who does nothing offensively for an entire match, and doesn't get a call to go his way at the buzzer.  That's my opinion, I am free to have it.  I prefer aggressive wrestling, and quite frankly didn't see much of it in this match.  Please point me to a video replay to this match and show me where I am wrong, and that I missed numerous offensive moves by Knura.  As I recall, in the last period, There where times that Lenzt stood in the center of the mat, and waited for Knura to even come to him.  I recall thinking that Knura was making absolutely no effort to push the action, so much so that Lentz could stand there and not even risk a stalling call.  I also think Lentz didn't wrestle very aggressively in the match, he only did enough to win, and it almost cost him the match.  Had the call went against Lentz, I would not have felt sorry for him either, I thought had he wrestled more agressively, that he would have had a big lead and wouldn't have to worry about a ref's call.  Once again, this is my opinion.  You stated "Hasseman had a game plan for him and Knura followed it..."  I don't know if this is true, but if  the gameplan was to stall until time is almost out and take a last second shot,  then this does not change my position any.  This might even be a good strategy.  But once again, if that is your strategy, then I don't feel sorry for you if you use it and a call doesn't go your way.  

Finally, you state "don't take anything away from Knura..."  Aren't your comments taking something away from Lentz?  Isn't that  what anyone who questions a refs call does, take something away from the winner? So is it ok for you to dimininish Lentz's victory?

Franklin will never be elite, they're heads are alll screwed up..they dropped like flies in the ticket round Saturday...it was a pretty disturbing site

As for Indian Creek its not a program they dont even have a full team they have that great junior class with reese raley and stevenson and a good sophmore in stevenson and there is a younger reese that is a freshman that will be tuff. All those kids got there start some where else. As for Danville I agree they have some good kids yet sometimes you can only go as far as your coach can take you dont know if they have the coaches to take them to the next level

Danny Abu-shehad, Danny Rodriquez and Joe Gallegos were all 4 seeds coming out of regionals, and they all qaulified for state! Gallegos will make it out the first round as he has already beaten Grubb early this year 7-2, i know it doesnt mean to much though, thats why they wrestle

This coming from someone who has wrestled Mcmurray but it was 2 years ago and it was the last match of my high school career. He was the real deal then and he is still that good and better. Is he cocky yes but thats what makes his motor go. I saw the first match against Willis and you cant wrestle him that way if you wait for him to attack you wont win. So to me the one person that has the best shot to beat him is Valhoes he just has what I think you have to have to beat Sean,but willis might have it but has to open the offense up. That being said I think he still wins.

will he battle tested enough same thing with norton those are two guys who havent really wrestled a hole lot of competition this season to date.

Very good point I was impressed with Harris he needs to go out and wrestle I dont see how he gets beat by some people and not that he should win but some times at how bad he gets beat. 135 might be the best weight to watch come friday night

My guess is that it will stay the same. That part of the state just really doesnt have the type of wrestlers. But I will say this the Foutain Central kids are tuff and young and when they are seniors and juniors the can make the run and  the Mcbride kid is good.

Its the same old same old the Avon sectional thinks that they are better as a sectional than Moorseville and it gets proved year after year that they arnt.

at 135 I think Oaks and Vonhorn wrestled this year and if im right Oaks won, i could be wrong but dose anyone have the score of the match because i think it could be another oaks rassbach in the finals

Yes they did and van horn was winning and got caught in a scramble and got pinned he went limp from fight the I think head lock and got pinned was not cleard by the trainer to wrestle the last match of the day against histand. He beat rassbach 3-2
