Bellmont is 28-0 in Team Regional Competition.
They have 14 Team Regional titles in the 14 year history of the Team Tournament.
Wasn't it Wawasee that last beat them and was that at semi-state or regionals ?

I agree that alot of success comes with the coaches. I've seen alot of changes cause of that. Examples Snider and Northrop were good in the late 80's and early 90's and now thay struggle to win duals. Eastside had a good program during the same time period and they now can barely have a full squad. Columbia City also fell into the category of not being that great than Coach Kirby changed that program around and now that he is gone they fell to that category again, but could come up again so I mean no disrespect to the new coach. Also during that time Garrett was in that category, but look at them now. It's about good coaching and what they teach not to mention the respect they get from their kids. I believe feeder programs play some but I lean more towards having a good coach that can motivate that kid to push to reach for something the kid don't realize he has. That's just my opinion as I'm sure everyone has their own on this subject.

You make it sound as if Bellmont is the favorite. I think they might be a little closer this time, but they most likely won't even threaten Yorktown.
Last year everyone thought Yorktown would beat Bellmont. In all honesty I see Yorktown winning, but I don't think it will be some blowout like you suggested.

Pairie Heights wins by a tight margin.
-
Faurote has beaten
Schwartz from AC, who is ranked at 140.
Riedling from New Pal, who is ranked at 145.
Lost to Hill of Jimtown on a coin flip at the Al Smith.
He beat Guerra from Mishawaka, Wartman from Lake Central, the LN kid at the Al Smith and beat the Perry kid at the Super Dual.
Schwartz and Faurote hasn't wrestled unless someone goofed on the result page of the Bellmont vs AC dual results.
Still I agree I don't see Faurote getting crushed. I see Norton controlling the match though and winning the decision.

I think Pairie Heights takes the NECC this year. Even though Fairfeild looks to have a decent squad this year. If I was a betting man my money would be on Pairie Heights to take NECC and the duals this weekend.

1.Garrett
2.South Adams
3.Toss-up between Southern Wells, AC, or Bluffton

I noticed two open spots at 103. I hear Danny Hamm (Pairie Heights) is in that weight class and looks to have improved.
