Lets go ahead and start the discussion
-
I heard the Floyd coaches were breaking out the tables ladders and chairs ;D
-
Great article
-
Ok, who is Faurote? I have never heard that name before. I knew the Farote kid they were talking about and he isn't bad. Is Faurote French? FAUROTE' Where did he move in from?
Is he related to to Fourfeit?
HAHAHA LOL ;D ;D
-
that kid is solid ... and larry has only wrestled in 2 events this year taking 3rd at hhc and im not sure what his record was at the new albany 5 way probably based on records
New Albany coaches should have dug a little deeper. Rickman beat Alcorn from Jenn. Co. twice at HHC and Alcorn majored the CAI kid.
Agreed, now he will have to fight to make it through
-
I heard one of them starts every match down by 14 and on his back just to give the other guy a chance
-
Priceless! If thats the case, Farote and Smith are both State Qualifiers from last year. ;D
You mean they both just moved here but were state champs in Florida lol ;D
You meant Pennsylvania didn't you?
O yea I forgot ;D
only one was from pennsylvania the other was from florida and they finished 1 and 2 at nationals last year
OK my bad......I thought they were both from Pennsylvania
Yea Eric Grajales dogged the one from florida last year
-
Sorry I had the wrong information, that should be a couple of battles on the bottom half, how did Rickman get seeded below the CAI kid?
-
Rickman and Newcomb are on the same side of the bracket so they cant be 1 and 2
-
I would tell you if I knew them, all I know is the top 4 seeds
-
Why should he, if he didnt wrestle against Jeff I would consider that a head to head loss
-
Newcomb beat Hendricks, so I guess it came down to record.
Who does Charlestown have that shouldnt be seeded number 1?
140 Newcombe If he is the 1 seed why did he FF when you faced Jeff? Maybe he is better. He weighed in and didnt wrestle. I dont understand the concept of protecting your seed by skipping matches. Also do you really think Providence is 2 seed. Noway
Like I said the Charlestown coaches must have done a great job for their team in the seeding meeting ;D
-
Wow congrats to Howe, he looked good against Lewnes the first time, cant wait until nationals!
-
I am not trying to disrespect Charlestown but getting 4 one seeds is very good, and none of these one seeds are defending sectional champions, especially at 145 where Newcomb beats Hendricks after getting majored by Moberly, lets see some more picks
-
Great job Y2!
-
Ok well after seeing the seeds my predictions have changed a bit
103 Lahue Shepard Kelly
112 Smith Mooney Snyder
119 Stotridge Freeman Miller
125 Hutchinson Duran Martin
130 Salguero Walker Snyder
135 May Falardo Blackman
140 Newcomb Hughes Tagenhorst
145 Hendricks Newcomb Moberly
152 Bailey Sampson Emerson
160 Golembeski Doughtry Graham
171 Browner McAndrew Martin
189 Cook McKinney Bowen
215 Tagenhorst Davidson Dewitt
HWTClark Hoke Traughber
And let me say Charlestown must have kicked butt in that seeding meeting
-
Coach Struck or someone can you please send Y2 the info so he can make the brackets

That is remarkable
-
If you ask which will be the most difficult to win I think it is 125, with Cashe being a monster and little T-shirts coming on strong, however 119 will be the most fun to watch
-
At 135 Falardo from Corydon has beaten May and Blackman
-
I agree and 215 is generally easier than 189 anyway, however if you want to be the best you have to beat the best, take a page out of Cashe Quirogas book, and look and JT last year he could have gone 189 but instead he stuck with Cooper Samuels and ended up getting 4th
-
Alright Ill take one last shot with picks before the seeds
103 Lahue Corydon
112 Smith Jeff
119 Stotridge CH
125 Hutchinson Corydon Easily the toughest weight especially if Martin goes here
130 Salguero PR
135 Falardo Corydon
140 Tagenhorst Jeff
145 Hendricks Jeff
152 Baily Jeff
160 Golembeski PR
171 Browner Jeff
189 Cook PR
215 Tagenhorst Jeff, Ill take your word that he goes here jboy
HWT Clark Jeff
These will most likely change after I see the seeds, I think Jeff will run away team wise, Providence, Charlestown, and Floyd Central will be in the mix for second
