Evansville HWT: Jon Clark Jeff vs Joey Arthur BHSN
-
These stereotypes of how ppl choose which area is "better" arent always true. im from southern indiana and ill admit that we're weak in depth as a whole.
-
1.north
2.central
3.south(sadly)

i would say if Raley wants to win 4 he should go to a different weight class. Eppert has to be the front runner in this class unless Wright drops then its a toss up they go back and forth. but i would agree that its most likely 119 esp if Wright drops.

I believe Armand has beat both Millenbaugh and Wojdyla this season, but I think that Wojdyla will take it at sectionals

Any thoughts? Teams, remember only one team makes it out this year. What about indiv?
-
I agree midget, this is my first season out, its killing me, but it seems like its flying by.
-
maybe not the most dominate ever but if cashe makes it thru this year unscathed wont it have to be one of, if not, the best year ever by anyone in indiana? look at all the top level competitors hes taken on this year without a loss. maybe not dominate but deff amazing
-

-
yes the head to head is dulaney vs. richard. my moneys on dulaney
-

yes joe arthur's(BN HWT) loss is to gill of columbus north it was 3-0 who joe later beat 2-1 in OT.
this is a very well ran tourney and the addition of some teams esp yorktown will deff make this fun to watch.
any predictions?
-
no, ogre needs some sleep. and in my defense i wasnt the only to confuse the franklin teams, which is often easy to do when there are 3(central, community, and county)
and i watched king beat smith last year in the finals and am thinking itll be a rematch this year. think smith will pull it off this year
-
i dont know much about some of the lineups so im sure a few of these will change when the brackets come out
103-Boomsma (b. south)
112-Armantrout (muncie ss)
119-Clark (south dearborn)
125-Duran (c-town)
130-?
135-Mascaro(carmel)
140-Armand (jennings co.)
145-Anderson(carmel)
152-Whitaker (muncie ss) GREAT weight to watch with Bailey(jeff) and Howard(scottsburg)
160-Terrel (b. south)
171-Browner (jeff)
189-Eads (b. south)
215-Smith (s.w.)
285-Clark (jeff)
-
I would say that carmel is gonna run away with it this year just like they have every year since they started coming, esp since they are fresh off of a win over LN. I do like the addition of B. South and Franklin should make this tourney a little more fun to watch.
-
TripleB, i was good on my feet on the mat, those agility drills on the stairs just got to me.
-
i agree, runyan lost to a very talented ulrey last year in the finals and looks more focused this year in the one meet that i saw him wrestle than he did at any other point that ive seen him.

I have to reconsider a little bit after actually seeing Wabash's class. Great job by both Trine and Wabash!!!
