  2. As fans we often say that the official missed a certain call. this time the official definetly missed the call and checked with the side official to get his opinion. ultimately the correct call was made. We need more officials to admit that they made a mistake and correct it. The only part where he got lucky was to draw an official that was not afraid to admit that he made a mistake.

  3. I may be a little biased but I think David Maldonado has to be near the top.  I don't know the exact numbers but in the last five years since he has been at Merrillville they have had like 25-28 state qualifiers 24 or so state placers and 4 state champions including 2 national champions. Maybe someone can give some exact numbers.
