  1. Western. was a state qualifier freshman year last year was a regional champ but was injured and could not wrestle at semi-state and is undefeated this year.

Dunno why he isnt ranked. I do however know he is wrestlign 135 this weekend at the TL Invite. He will get a chance to prove himself, as he should meet up with McTigue from Delphi who is currently ranked in the top 10 at 135.

  2. Looks like Buckingham SBR is gonna have to beat undefeated Tow R for a shot at Atwood 3 undefeated kids at 189!!!! looks like we will see some good wrestling all day ;D ;D ;D

Tow just lost to KV last night I believe? Tough weight class...145 seems to be the toughest in my opinion!

Well there they are. Sorry it took so long. Lets debate top 4! Some good first round and semifinal match-ups! (Some records were updated at the seed meeting, but with out program being down during the meeting we had to go by the previous records that were sent in. Take that into consideration when looking at records and seeds.)

Here are the first 7! I will have the second 7 in about an hour. Sorry for the delay!

  5. A ranking is a ranking. You earn it at the end of the year, until then it is just a discussion and guide for people to go by. Vlahos could be ranked  4th or 5th right now at 160, but number 2 at 171. 160 is pretty stacked at the top this year. We will see at the end of the season! Until then....ENJOY!

  6. The program we use was messing up last night. I talked to the AD this morning, and he almost has it fixed to program everything in. I am hoping to have them, and have them posted by about lunch time. Sorry for the delay!

  7. :o Coach H you are one incredible coach, how do you teach such moves ??? That was one of the best counters I have ever seen, Maybe it is the phenomenal conditioning ::) Whatever, that was awesome, all the best to the Indians ;)

Well you see coach the key to that move was...heck I dunno. Heart? Yeah we have the fun one here this weekend...Real test to all the teams. Thanks for the wishes.

  8. I believe he has stated twice that he doesn't consult last weeks rankings and instead judges the body of work for the entire season.  In his judgement Castle is better than CP right now.   If TCU and Alabama both finish the year undefeated, it's going to come down to judgement as to who is number 1.

Y not Texas and TCU?  :P

  9. #6 at 140 Owen Dorris of Pioneer bumped up to 145 and wrestled #15 at 145 Montrail Johnson of Tri-Central   Johnson won 18-3      the refs actually stopped the match at 16-2 thinking it was tech,  but discovered their mistake before the wrestlers left the mat.   So Johnson stands(giving him 1 point) Dorris up and shoots a double leg in about 4 seconds to win!!!   Johnson is now 15-0 (11 pins),  was 5-0  today with 3 pins and 2 tech falls at Clinton Prairie Invite.-

    Johnson is TOUGH!

  10. Rankings are a joke . An undefeated team drops out of the rankings after destroying the field at two invites ?

If they are a joke go undefeated all year to prove it that way. Until then respect a guy who gives a lot of time doing something others do not want to do!

  11. Top 5 in the Mooresville Regional

    1. Schofield  Franklin

    2. Stevenson Indian Creek

    3. Kolb Tri West

    4. Brandt Avon

    5. Judy Danville

There are so many more......Hall Avon, Rassbach Avon, Fitzgerald Avon, Kief Franklin, Pettihohn Franklin, Kernodle Franklin, Hacker Mooresville, Juliono Mooresville, Fuller Brownsburg, Oaks Brownsburg, Stinnett Brownsburg, Bealmear Tri West, Guernsey Cascade, Hill Cascade, Parrish Plainfield, Reese Indian Creek, Malloy Danville, Montgomery Danville, Heitcamp Danville, Haak Danville.........They should all do pretty well at Mooresville Regionals.....

Man according to you that CG team must be really down this year for none of them to do well at Regionals even. Yikes!  ::)
